I've recently teamed up with my hometown friend Saulo von Seehausen (aka look ma! no wings), who is a composer, pianist and beatmaker. We challenged ourselves to seek in each other's music what we think might be lacking in ours. While I encouraged him to have a much more experimental approach to his songwriting, he brought in a ludic and melodic touch to mine. The result is this new collaborative EP, 'pra hoje:' ('due today:'), where we visit unexplored musical landscapes for both of us, places we would never go on our own.
